Pre Paid Returns Label: $7 or Customer returns at own cost.
Returns are normally delivered to us within 4 working days after sending and then refunds processed within 1 - 3 working days. Refunds are only processed when the return arrives at the warehouse.
When returning the goods a full refund, including the cost of outgoing postage will be refunded.
*The returns request form below must be used and postage via our method will be emailed to you once approved. ($7 return fee payment is made when generating returns label.)

For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products or pierced jewellery. Underwear, tights and stockings may only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
