All of the items sold by KJ Beckett are guaranteed to be authentic, in new condition and inspected by careful quality control. In addition we offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused/unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

KJ Beckett offer an 14 day refund period. All returns must be raised via the returns request form below within 14 days of receiving your order.

Pre Paid Returns Label: $11.50 or Customer returns at own cost.
Returns are normally delivered to us within 4 working days after sending and then refunds processed within 1 - 3 working days. Refunds are only processed when the return arrives at the warehouse.
When returning the goods a full refund, including the cost of outgoing postage will be refunded.
*The returns request form below must be used and postage via our method will be emailed to you once approved. ($11.50 return fee payment is made when generating returns label.)
Refunds/Returns on Specific Goods
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products or pierced jewellery. Underwear, tights and stockings may only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
